Daily Bible Reading for 100 days.

Today as we come to the end of the Gospel of Mathew, we come to the summit of the Salvation mystery: that the multitude asked to have Barabbas released and Jesus was delivered to be crucified. While this moment seems questionable, it's actually what Jesus came to do; to die for us sinners so we can live. And so He gave us a Gift of New Life in Him only. Today we rejoice in the knowledge that we have a King who is so merciful, to have taken on the weight of the world upon His shoulders once and for all so we can receive the forgiveness of our sins by his perfect sacrifice.
The end of the Gospel of Mathew we see the promise that Jesus gives His disciples and us today; He said; "And behold, I am with you always to the end of age." (Mathew 28:20). This promise is for us to keep and hold dear in our hearts and consciously bring it to mind through everything and in every situation of our lives. The disciples believed, they went on to do Greater works. If you and I choose to believe today, we will surely experience the Mighty works of the Lord in our lives and His Goodness will overflow in every way.
God Bless You.
